If you forget your password

Password for subject agency web-site is the same as e-Group. If you have not registered our e-Group, please contact our sales office in your local area.
2.
If you had registered our e-Group but forgot your password, please input your 7-Digit AGENT (IATA/ARC/BSP) CODE and your applicant name into the inquiry page. After verification your identity, we will inform your password via E-mail as soon as possible. However, if did not provide your E-mail address to our databank while you registered, please contact our sales office in your area for subject service.
